What initiatives are being taken to stimulate domestic citizens’ debate and how can they contribute to the overall information about and running of the Conference? Do national experiences in participatory democracy play a role and how can the Conference profit from them? What role will national representatives play in the context of the Conference Plenary? What are the fundamental issues the Conference should address and national expectations in terms of delivery and outcomes?
